ZZ Top's accomplishments include seventeen top-forty hits, induction into the rock and roll hall of fame as well as sales of over one-hundred milllion copies of their down-south mix of delta blues, country Jesus and gospel music which created a musical phenomena in the early seventies that would mold American music for decades to come.

In 2005 Eliminator originated in Kansas City and was founded by D.W.D'wood, Kris Nazz and Bobby K. It was a by-chance meeting dating back to 2001 of three accomplished musicians from different corners of the U.S., sharing the common passion and desire to create America's most authentic tribute to ZZ Top. The members of Eliminator pay much attention to detail - from the beards, to the trademark ZZ Top attire, as well as the persona, musical equipment, and most of all the accurate replication of the music, which has entertained millions of people across the world and will continue to be a viable part of contemporary music in the years to come.
